Now, I try again.

o Updated BIOS with hdamd110.zip
o Prepare FreeBSD/amd64 6.0-current snapshot and burn its CD
o Boot from this CD

The result is,

o with ACPI, PCI-X and 39320A-R are detected but U320 disks are not
o without ACPI (hint.acpi.0.disabled=1), no PCI-X slot nor 39320A-R are
  detected, but it can boot and to install onto SATA drive is successful

How can I make it possible to get PCI-X and 39320A-R to work with this
M/B?

I tried Solaris 10, NetBSD/amd64, FreeBSD/amd64 and Windows XP
64-bit. And, FreeBSD is the only one which can NOT use my scsi.
