OK, after some discussion the policy has been clarified; Tcl/Tk ports
of any type can be assigned.  However, they are still expected to be
actively maintained-- we don't want the list to become a 'dumping
ground' for unwanted ports :)

Anyone wishing to donate a port is welcome to join us!
