The post-install attempts to strip the wrong binary. It's looking to strip /usr/X11R6/bin/psi, but psi is installed into /usr/local/. Fixing CONFIGURE_ARGS to --prefix=${X11BASE} instead of --prefix=${PREFIX} should probably fix it, though I don't have time to test. Hope this is enough to run with.
