Don't mind me chiming in(unfortunately I don't have the time right now to really contribute to the FBSD port of java, but keep it brewing!), but I didn't realize this was the case under Unix. That's okay though. It sounds to me like it's time for someone to setup a .org domain, then start shipping GPL'ed (can lawyers sue an organization that doesn't make any money?) pluggable Look'n'Feel modules that look -exactly- like Windows95, MacOS, NextStep(why not?), etc. I'm sure someone will find a way around this hangup sooner or later. Heck, if they don't, I'd be up to cloning a Look'n'Feel once the 1.2 API settles down... Still in the world of JDK 1.1.x, -- Adam W.
