What for?

# cd /usr/ports/emulators/mtools
# make install clean
# echo 'drive a: file=3D"/dev/da0"' >/usr/local/etc/mtools.conf
# mdir a:
Volume in drive A has no label
 Volume Serial Number is 402F-1402
Directory for A:/

200405~1 gz 31028 09-18-2004 17:22 20040509.freebsd-amd64.gz
nvidia <DIR> 09-18-2004 17:10 nvidia
        2 files 31 028 bytes
                         32 514 048 bytes free

saves you all the hassle with mount / unmount, and your computer won't
crash if you pull the stick out at an inopportune time.
