I was looking for my hardcopies of the "ST Professional GEM" series of columns just this week. I was attempting to convince a couple of the Windows Weenies at work that their user interface was confusing because they didn't understand the psychology of people sitting in front of computers and needed one of the "religion" articles to look up some reference material.
