chrome://gpu/

After update to version 67 hardware accelerated rendering is broken. Tested=
 on
latest graphics/drm-stable-kmod (intel haswell, kabylake) and x11/nvidia-dr=
iver
(fermi) with 11-STABLE and 12-CURRENT.
