Can you please provide the following output when that SSD is attached
to the system?  You will need to install ports/sysutils/smartmontools
for this (please make sure it's version 5.42 or newer).

* smartctl -a /dev/whatever
* smartctl -l devstat /dev/whatever
* smartctl -l sataphy /dev/whatever
* smartctl -l ssd /dev/whatever
