I am not quite sure if I do understand you correctly. I am using poudriere to build my ports. Within a poudriere jail used to = compile the clamav-libmilter port no libmilter.so can be found by = configure (see error message above) unless you tell clamav-libmilter's = Makefile to depend on it and thus pre-install it in this jail.
