in imap and pine, we are instructed to change src/osdep/unix/env_unix.c's concept of sysinbox() to move this, say...to the user's home directory, instead of say, /var/mail/username. doing this within the pine4 and the imap-uw ports did not work. something somewhere in the Makefiles, i assume, is undoing my modifications. i ended up porting pine4 and imap-uw myself, which in itself is not a problem. however, you might want to consider a future "patch" to these ports to allow moving the sysinbox(). cheers, jeff -- | |\ +------------------------------+ Jeffrey J.
