Yeah, I used to  use it, you may have to hit a special key combination (was it
alt-f9 or something?) to enter a secret options menu that has an option that
does something special for some flavors of un*x.  After that it worked great.
If it's not alt-f9, look at their tech support web page for it, that's where I
found out about it...
