This is affecting pretty much all perl module ports.  Apparently
Archive::Tar does not produce precisely compliant ustar format archives,
and a recent update to libarchive had caused it to begin complaining
about this.  mm@ has committed a fix to current and we're just waiting
for confirmation from testing that it has fixed the problem.
