I have told my router to only accept http and ftp requests only from the proxy server. Now I want my proxy server to ask each and every user that want to access the net for a username and passwd and have user accounting. I want to be able to extract how much the user downloaded and their online time so that they can be billed for internet usage exceeding a certain amount of meg. Can you recommend a free soluiton for me.
