If you upgrade a library port to a new soversion (55 -> 57), you need to
rebuild dependencies because the ABI of the library has changed.  Therefore=
, in
this scenario you would need to rebuild chromium.

(Also, current chromium from ports doesn't seem to use libicui18n.so at all=
.)
