security/acccheck port

This tool acccheck is designed as a password dictionary attack tool that
targets windows authentication via the SMB protocol. It is really a wrapper
script around the =E2=80=98smbclient=E2=80=99 binary, and as a result is de=
pendent on it for
its execution.
