Dear postfix Port maintainer First of all thanks for the previous round of responses. I have resolved those problems. I now have one remaining problem. Every night when the periodic daily 440.status-mailq job runs I get error messages on the root console and in the message log. I started script to capture the log messages and manually ran the 440.status-mailq as seen below. Script started on Sun Jun 30 12:49:33 2002 # /etc/periodic/daily >sh 440.status-mailq Mail in local queue: Mail queue is empty Mail in submit queue: mailq: illegal option -- A mailq: fatal: usage: mailq [options] # /etc/periodic/daily >exit exit Script done on Sun Jun 30 12:50:35 2002 This did not happen with FBSD 4.5 and postfix-1.1.9,1. Is this an incompatability or just an lose end that was missed? How do I correct this and how do I get this correction added to FBSD 4.6 or postfix-1.1.11,1 so it's corrected for everybody?
