I have seen Etherworks network card should be = recognized by FreeBSD.( http://www.freebsd.org/releases/4.2R/notes.html = , DEC EtherWORKS III NICs (DE203, DE204, and DE205)). My card works = perfectly under Windows98 and should works also with FreeBSD... Why it is not recognized automatically ? Is there any solution to = install it (I need two for firewall)? Why my network card, a Digital = Etherworks=20 3/TURBO (ISA) (10 mps), does not seem to be recognized by FreeBSD 4.2, = althought=20 my second NIC a winbond based card does.
