Hi,

Can you provide us an USB descriptor dump ?

Unload all the USB drivers except the "usb", "ehci", "ohci" and "uhci".

Load "ugen".

Plug your device.

Install and run /usr/ports/sysutils/udesc_dump

Post the output.
