It's still GNU sourcecode, though, since the original author hasn't answered to emails yet. Additionally to some small issues, which are kinda trivial, I think the driver contains an ugly hack when the main-driver tries to attach the childs on the board (three or four additional chips). This can be reworked. I already mailed the author.
