Well, I just found one, and there are two jumper pairs on the board in addition to the LED pins. They're labled "SE-TE", and "LVD-TE". I'm pretty sure they're for manually enabling termination on the single ended and LVD portions of the bus, respectively. Generally using automatic termination should work, or failing that, you can tweak the termination in the BIOS. i.e. you shouldn't need to use those jumpers in most cases.
