Alexis: You want to talk to a commercial Internet Service that features "virtual hosting" or "virtual servers" or something like that, or at least can handle "DNS Registration" if you wanna handle the technical stuff yourself. I'd ask around for a local provider in Singapore. If you are truly umbituous, you can manage things directly through the InterNIC at http://rs.internic.net/ In any event, registration for a top-level domain, like .com, costs $100 for the first two years.
