It seems the #define for the NVLAN is not getting set at compile time. If I 
remove the #IF NVLAN > 0 directives the MTU of 1500 with the VLANS work 
properly on both versions of the card.  However, it also locks up the 
machine hard when data goes across the non VLAN enabled interface when the 
unit has 2 NICs in it.
