No, it's only stupid to use anything with the current aic6360 driver. <:) I've had my own personal saga with it once as well, and this was at FreeBSD 1.1.5.1 time. Nothings seems to have happened to this driver meanwhile, except the ``routine tasks'' like devfs integration.
