RELNOTESng will depend on authors.ent and possibly newsgroups.ent (maybe the en mailing-lists.ent also). But it's going to use and define its own entries for FreeBSD release information, because RELNOTESng will live under src/ and will be branched accordingly, where as doc/ isn't branched.
