I had these errors back in 4.1.1, and still in 4.2. A section of /var/log/messages says: Jan 23 17:12:44 ipv6-gw /kernel: ad0: HARD READ ERROR blk# 14484670ad0: HARD READ ERROR blk# 14484670 status=59 error=40 Jan 23 17:12:44 ipv6-gw /kernel: ad0: DMA problem fallback to PIO mode Jan 23 17:12:44 ipv6-gw /kernel: IPv6 packet filtering initialized, logging disabled Jan 23 17:12:44 ipv6-gw /kernel: ad0: HARD READ ERROR blk# 14484670 status=59 error=40 Jan 23 17:12:44 ipv6-gw /kernel: ad0: HARD READ ERROR blk# 14484670 status=59 error=40 Is there anyway to get rid of these problems? I've included the dmesg output. Thanks for any help that anyone can give me.
