I don't like the way it does some things, and resolved not to debug it or use it until I have hardware that needs it. Right now it supports less of my hardware than my version of the wd/wdc driver. (It can't read a cheap cdrom which may have the wrong jumper settings. The wd driver couldn't probe this cdrom but was easy to fix.)
