            Bug ID: 231278
           Summary: net/nss-pam-ldapd: permission error for
                    /var/run/nslcd.ctl
           Product: Ports & Packages
           Version: Latest
          Hardware: Any
                OS: Any
            Status: New
          Severity: Affects Some People
          Priority: ---
         Component: Individual Port(s)
          Assignee: zi@FreeBSD.org
          Reporter: matthias.pfaller@familie-pfaller.de
             Flags: maintainer-feedback?(zi@FreeBSD.org)
          Assignee: zi@FreeBSD.org

After upgrading to nss-pam-ldapd-0.9.10 starting nslcd results in:
bind() to /var/run/nslcd.ctl failed: Permission denied

This can be worked around by removing the
 uid nslcd
 gid nslcd
lines in /usr/local/etc/nslcd.conf.
With 0.9.9 this used to work.
