Possibly.  WHen I asked them about it, they would only give me the specs
under NDA, and distribute in binary-only form.  Granted it was some time
ago, but nothing was said that gave me any indication that it changed.

Makes no difference to me, I'm an Adaptec/DPT user, and unlikely to change
anytime soon.
