Put this in /usr/sup/refuse:

doc/es* doc/fr* doc/ja* doc/ru* doc/zh*

To ignore non-English ports too, add this to the same file:

ports/chinese ports/german ports/japanese ports/korean ports/russian
ports/vietnamese
