A) Arguing from anecdote B) I realize desktop is not a priority for us, but desktop users generally reboot much more frequently (usually daily for me). C) For those times that you do need to reboot a system, why add minutes to the boot without reason? I mentioned the problem, and proposed a solution for it ...
