I have a AMD K5-75 at home running 2.1.6 which I'm using to compose this response - it works great. In fact, at first I but in 70ns SIMMS in it (it requires 60ns SIMMS) and FreeBSD ran, I got regular complaints at the console, but FreeBSD didn't crash. Windows 95 on the other hand randomly crashed. I can't speak about the Mystique. I'd check the supported cards list in the latest XFree 86 distribution. If it's not there, Accelerated X probably has a driver (it $100.00). -------------------------------------------------------------------------- Tod Luginbuhl email: t.e.luginbuhl@ieee.org Code 2121 Naval Undersea Warfare Center Telephone: (401) 841-7505 x38241 1176 Howell Street FAX: (401) 841-7453 Newport, Rhode Island USA "Don't argue with drunks and fanatics!" -- Sun Wolf (Barbara Hambly) --------------------------------------------------------------------------
