Hiya, Is there any support in 2.1.6 for IP Translation (IP Masquerading might be another name). Here's what I want to do. I've got access to a permanent dialup, but I don't have my own class C. My LAN has 3 systems on it, so I thought I'd use the 192.168.*.* group for it. But, if I want those machines to have access to the net, I'm going to need to have my gateway system do IP translation for me. I know the alternative is to install the fwtk, but I'd really rather do something that's a bit more transparent. Most of the IP apps I use don't support proxies. -----Kris -- -=(*)=- Kristyn Fayette -=(*)=- kristyn@gnu.ai.mit.edu
