            Bug ID: 216703
           Summary: devel/libevent2: can't compile with libressl-devel
                    v2.5.1
           Product: Ports & Packages
           Version: Latest
          Hardware: Any
                OS: Any
            Status: New
          Severity: Affects Only Me
          Priority: ---
         Component: Individual Port(s)
          Assignee: mm@FreeBSD.org
          Reporter: olivierw1+bugzilla-freebsd@hotmail.com

Hello,

While trying to compile libevent2 v2.0.22_1 with libressl-devel v2.5.1 in
poudriere, I'm getting this error:
"**************************************************************************=
**
=3D=3D=3D> libevent2-2.0.22_1 depends on file: /usr/local/lib/libcrypto.s=
o.38 - not
found
*** Error code 1

Stop.
make: stopped in /usr/ports/devel/libevent2"

Looking here:
https://svnweb.freebsd.org/ports/head/security/libressl-devel/pkg-plist?rev=
ision=3D433035&view=3Dmarkup#l78
it seems the new libressl-devel provides "libcrypto.so.41" instead of
"libcrypto.so.38"

Best Regards.
