There is a short block for that functionality in
the file /usr/local/etc/sudo.conf.sample which you
can create your own sudo.conf file from. Also see
the notes in "man sudo", section "SECURITY NOTES".
Maybe you'll find something useful in the provided
documentation at /usr/local/share/doc/sudo/.
