 Some lines from net/psi's Makefile:
 
 USE_X_PREFIX=	yes
 
 CONFIGURE_ARGS=	--prefix=${PREFIX}
 
 post-install:
          ${STRIP_CMD} ${PREFIX}/bin/psi
 
 So, it is installed to ${PREFIX} and stripped there, too.
