As Kenyon Ralph noted, it was discussed in the past (http://lists.freebsd.org/pipermail/freebsd-current/2009-November/013561.html) Not deleting WITHOUT_ stuff is really not a bug. Deleting is some kind of undocumented feature which never worked for all the WITHOUT_ variables. Miroslav Lachman
