Looks like a trojan horse to me... I've reported it to CERT.

Why is someone sending a Windows registry entry to the list?  If you are
reading this on Windows, do not open the attachment.  If you have already
done so, delete the entry in
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Mirabgilis\ICQ\DefaultPrefs.
