    Mk/bsd.gecko.mk: remove references to old versions
    
    after 737c941d23dabb27ac2c98d0c8473400924c5905 (mail/thunderbird)
    and c58401d4dda5bdd2d9bd9b50ee45b3d8db54f3b3 (www/firefox-esr), the
    need for supporting gecko 78 is gone, do some cleanup.
