If you were using /etc/aliases (or /etc/mail/aliases) to forward root's
mail to your normal user account, check that the alias is still
configured.  The default aliases file from CVSup does not redirect root's
mail, IIRC.  The reports may be generated, but are going to the wrong
mailbox.

If that doesn't help, check that cron is running and configured properly
in /etc/crontab, /etc/rc.conf and /etc/periodic.conf (or
/etc/defaults/periodic.conf).
