I don't know about the others, but those three certainly are build 
dependencies. They will never show up as dependencies of an installed 
port because once compiled and installed, the port does not need them 
any more.

It would certainly be nice if build dependencies were recorded somewhere 
so pkg_cutleaves could skip over them, but at the moment, this is not 
done by the ports framework.
