Turn on the VALID option in textproc/libxml2.

Bapt, the libxml2 dependency should still be added to USE_GNOME.  There's a=

a white space bug on the LIB_DEPENDS=3D line.  And maybe that VALID option =
can be
removed from textproc/libxml2?
