You need to copy /usr/local.include/proplist.h to the src directory of the extracted WindowMaker distribution, and you have to copy /usr/local/lib/libPropList.a to /libPropList/libPropList.a. (I'm not sure if that second thing is right, but I *Think* that's what I did...). By the way, None of the compiled versions worked on my system. All three above mentioned versions segmentation faulted and died.
