It would be simplest. But possibly make smaller ports built slower if WRKDI=
R is
on slower drive than TMPDIR is on. It's a trade-off.

If doing this safer for ports BUILD_DEPENDS on gcc11 (including USE_GCC and
USES=3Dcompiler cases), the default configuration should be in Mk/bsd.gcc.m=
k or
Mk/Uses/compiler.mk.
