--Eh0RuzC+m21dSE70 Content-Type: text/plain; charset=us-ascii Content-Disposition: inline Content-Transfer-Encoding: quoted-printable Hi Dag-Erling, Lots of people have problems with this include/qt2 etc. thing. I know that we don't use Qt 1.45 for much anymore, but for consistency's sake I'd prefer not to change the directories. I'm afraid that Qt is stuck with using the nonstandard directories to conform to hier(7), because existing installations of Qt 1.4x won't be pleased if they momentarily install Qt 2.x only to find that their Qt 1.4x installation was obliterated in the process. Also, what happens when Qt 3.x is pushed out the door? Do we repeat the same process we did for qt1x-qt2x? Ugh. I'd rather have consistency than standard. --=20 wca --Eh0RuzC+m21dSE70 Content-Type: application/pgp-signature Content-Disposition: inline -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v1.0.3 (FreeBSD) Comment: For info see http://www.gnupg.org iD8DBQE6tofgF47idPgWcsURAgp/AJ9KyunUfmuSWsaFJlvw9yW00DwwcwCgkw8O cavtISlJrjZ+5o9UBurEbWg= =dxsh -----END PGP SIGNATURE----- --Eh0RuzC+m21dSE70-- To Unsubscribe: send mail to majordomo@FreeBSD.org with "unsubscribe freebsd-ports" in the body of the message
