https://bugs.freebsd.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=3D213170 Bug ID: 213170 Summary: security/sshguard-pf: sshguard-pf dumps core at shutdown Product: Ports & Packages Version: Latest Hardware: amd64 OS: Any Status: New Severity: Affects Only Me Priority: --- Component: Individual Port(s) Assignee: feld@FreeBSD.org Reporter: neil@darlow.co.uk Assignee: feld@FreeBSD.org Flags: maintainer-feedback?(feld@FreeBSD.org) I have recently switched from using sshguard with the hosts backend to sshguard-pf on FreeBSD-10.3-RELEASE x86_64. I have two instances of this failure. One is running under a XEN host and t= he other under KVM (both are virtual servers). The failure is the same. sshguard-pf is being used to add blocking rules to a persistent PF table and appears to be operating fine. Whenever the systems are shut-down a sshguard.core file is deposited in the root of the filesystem. sshguard-pf starts and is running OK after boot. If it helps, with guidance from the maintainer, I can rebuild sshguard-pf w= ith debug information and attempt to debug the core file to determine the cause. --=20 You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug.=
