FWIW, I use Opera as my primary browser, and have not noticed any issues with the website relating to that, so I'm assuming you're PR isn't about issues you are seeing. It's presumably also not about Opera not being mentioned as a browser enough, as the only page I'm aware of (http://www.freebsd.org/doc/en/books/handbook/desktop-browsers.html) that mentions browser choices, lists Opera as a good choice.
