BSD/OS is a different product than FreeBSD.  FreeBSD is .. well, free.  
It's handled by the fine folks at freebsd.org.  BSD/OS is commercial 
software, and rather expensive.  It's handled by the people at bsdi.com.

If what you really mean is that you wish to buy the FreeBSD CD, contact 
the people at Walnut Creek (www.cdrom.com).
