Is there a newer BIOS or embedded controller firmware > available? glad to see i'm not the only that finds it odd. yes, there is 1 update available, but i havent had a chance to install yet... mainly because i've managed to get locked out of the supervisor access to bios... on one boot it went into the 'ThinkVantage restore mode' or security something, i told it to get out... but supervisor password is now on... Enter (i.e., blank password) gives me user access to bios... thinking of flushing the bios altogether.... WDYT? asl on its way in another email. cheers, B _________________________ {Beto|Norberto|Numard} Meijome There are no stupid questions, but there are a LOT of inquisitive idiots.
