It includes a 4.3-RELEASE CD-ROM. Early drafts of most chapters of this book were available by ftp for comment, but are no longer on the server. I'd be interested in comments, corrections, and suggestions for a second printing and eventually a second edition from anyone, expert or not, who happens to read all or part of it.
