* In general, the "solution" is to put both subdirs in MASTER_SITES * and put the files without subdirectory names in DISTFILES. This This has always been the way that I have intended people to do things. If someone wants to implement a MASTER_SITE_N/DISTFILES_N kind of solution, be my guest and send me a patch.
